Just curious if there is any truth in this.

This is a Texas and ND attempt to stop all expansion. Texas and ND are closely aligned on this and I bet Swarbrick and Deloss are the one's who came up with this idea.

He will decide this weekend. Oklahoma, Texas, and ND are his options.

If get this kid it will be a big pick-up. He will have some rust on him but he is a good kid and has great skill set.
