Not necessarily. The gap between 16 and 17 is GIGANTIC. And even if UCLA loses and Kent wins, they doesn't guarantee they'll move up, given that UCLA is playing a much better team.

The Big East gets a bid regardless. They could be an absolute crap team and get in. And the non-AQ will outrank them and take the other at-large bid.

Not sure if this is accurate. A UCLA upset would lock both Stanford and UCLA in the top-16 and lock out Boise and the MAC champ (if BCS Guru's projections are right).
