One completion in the last 22 games, let's not get carried away.
What is the relevance of the BOR meeting? To fire him? Accept resignation? Approve a buyout? Extension or raise?
I also requested plaza seats. It'll probably be in the end zone but nice to be close to the field.
Maybe we should play the game first to figure this out before jumping to conclusions?[/QUOTE]
Like I said.
My friend likes to ask if we will hit 100 before they hit 20. Looks like we will.
Weird that this thread became a magnet for nearly identical sock accounts/trolls.
I'm guessing visitor as we are the at-large team and lower ranked.
Barnett and Franks did well pinning them deep on punts.
I guess Gundy played an injured Chelf over a healthy Brandon Weeden and the game was in Norman.
The Ohio State loss did not make a difference, it just rearranged the bowls. Without the loss:
NCG - FSU - tOSU
Fiesta - Baylor - UCF
Rose - Stanford - MSU
Sugar - Auburn - OU
Bama -77 to be worth betting on OU.
Nike sources must have been wrong.
Sugar Bowl against Bama?
Who was being doom and gloom about that game? Most of us expected to win the natty.
How would such a giveaway even be implemented? I know NIU tried to get people to the game but they didn't have any demand.
Very glad it was just cold in Stillwater yesterday and not like this!
Did the local media aka OSU cheerleaders produce a similar article for any calls OU fans found questionable? Like the interception-that-wasn't in the end zone against Texas in 2008?
With two BCS teams everyone moves up a slot. Thus texas is Big 12 #3 when they are 4th in the conference.
I was there, opposite corner from student section. It looked like snowballs and trash to me. All those "degrees" and none able to realize how pathetic they were acting.
Last time Nick got a home game and injured OU quarterback and won by 7.
Those stats from Tramel are absurd. KSU with the 2nd best offense in the conference? Does anyone believe that?
Our record is 83-17-7. The results of every game total up to this record.

Or p. 76 of 2013 stats and records...
Ah, okay. I just remember it was a classic episode with the spot-on Stoops impersonator and then the next caller said he brought a tour bus of fans and if they can show up why can't the team.
Wasn't that ended after the KSU loss last season?
If it weren't for the proximity of their annoying fans and the local media's happily-accepted role as osu fluffers, I would regard osu like Bowling Green or Wyoming - pay no attention to their team...
We should decline a bowl bid to play Oregon and ask for a lower bowl instead. Maybe play a Big 10 team in the zombie Cotton Bowl?
Needs to be moved out of 2014 class section in recruiting.
It will never be broken. Parity, longer seasons (it's easier to be "up" for 10 or 11 games instead of 13 or 14), diversified offenses that neutralize opponents, etc. The closest anyone has come has...
Gives the media some extra time to think really hard and come up with some even more pointless questions.
Because by media/SEC rules you compare losses. Michigan State lost by 4 points on the road to an 8-4 Notre Dame. This is a bad loss. Auburn lost by 14 points on the road to a 9-3 LSU team. This is a...
Bama's magical three year run ends with one conference title and two national title mulligans courtesy of the media.
You said "Right now, oSu is simply better than OU."
I would say that is jumping to a conclusion considering the teams play in a few days.
You might want to Google ticket sales for that VT/Michigan Sugar Bowl a couple years back. VT could barely sell a few thousand tickets. It was a disaster. Same with their Orange Bowl games against...
I think we could go 8-0 against SMU, Rice, Sam Houston state, UTEP, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Miss State, and Vandy and lose to all four ranked teams we play pretty easily. I'd love to read these boards if...
It's really tough to get a bid with 2 of 10 spots taken up by Northern Illinois and UCF. That's two ruined bowls, I'm just glad OSU gets stuck with one of them.
8-4 and 4th place in their division - sounds like Texas A&M football in the Big XII to me, looking up to OU, UT, and either Tech or OSU.
Maybe we should play the game first to figure this out before jumping to conclusions?
Saban is 7-5 against FBS teams in November from 2010-present. Maybe that's why they schedule so many FCS teams late.
You complained about 2-3 losses a year. Which is what pretty much everyone is doing right now other than Saban and Meyer.
Check the rankings and Missouri's schedule tomorrow. 0-1 against ranked teams on the year. That's how tough it is every week in the S-E-C!
Who is going undefeated in the SEC? Saban in 2009. Chizik in 2010 before getting fired. Fulmer in 1998. Apparently no one meets your standard.
I expressed no opinion on the conference but you did reveal what's on your mind. You're Saturday night is more adventurous than mine.
Finally an original topic
Any chance we can promote Heupel to any of those last three?
Mods, please add the middle finger picture to this thread.
This is a fun game.
Tubberville has a winning record against both Saban and Meyer.
