    KIND snack bars

I've tried a dozen or so varieties and my three favorite are:

There were two I didn't care for .... the apricot almond had good flavor but the apricots were tough to chew. Also didn't care for the roasted jalapeno almond. Too funky.

The cranberry almond is good as is the blueberry pecan.

Pricey little ****ers when not on sale. But so damned tasty.

No salted caramel with dark chocolate? Why even bother making this thread? Get out.

While California does supply the U.S. with 2/3 of its fruits and nuts, the KIND story is a fascinating one. The company was started in 2004 by a Jewish Mexican on a shoestring budget. By 2010, they did $10 million in sales, by 2012: $120 million, and presently its annual sales are estimated to be $390 million. Like Starbucks, you see KIND bars everywhere. Company hasn't gone public.
