This team should do very well this year. Tough schedule as always, but not making it to OKC would be a disappointment. The added power bat of the freshman Chamberlain is going to help the offense quite a bit, she has 3 dingers through the first 5 games

Lauren Chamberlain looks like she is going to be a good one. She had another homer has the Sooners run-ruled previously undefeated Va-Tech 10-0 in 5 innings.

Great tourney this weekend in Cali, we should definitely find out how good we can be. Our greatest challenges will come from Stanford and Georgia, but watch out for San Diego state, they can very well beat us if the girls are off that day. Hope we can get some timely hitting going as we did not do at all in our most recent game. Good luck to the girls

IDK about Stanford, they didn't even make the NCAA tourney last year or the year before. Georgia will be a really good game though.

Great facility out here for the games. The outfields are fenced but behind them are facades like Wrigley Field, Yankee stadium and Fenway Park.

Forecasted weather in the area has affected Oklahoma Softball's schedule at the Courtyard Norman Oklahoma Spring Festival this weekend. The Sooners now play two games today - Wichita State at 4 p.m. and Indiana at 6:30 p.m. Saturday's schedule remains the same while Sunday's game against Wichita State at 1 p.m. has been cancelled. OU beat Indiana and Wichita State today by a combined score of 27-0! In those two games the Sooners hit 8 homeruns back to backs by shults/ricketts in game 1 and Chamberlain/Casey game 2. Not great teams they played, but what an offensive display, this is the offense i expected at the beginning of the year. Hopefully they'll keep improving and show up big next week at the judi garman

Just beat #19 Michigan 2-0! I know they aren't the Michigan of old this year, but this win coupled with the one earlier give us our first two over ranked foes this year after losing the first three. Ready to see what they can do against #3 Washington

They beat Virginia 9-1 and last I checked were up 6-1 on Penn St. in the bottom of the 7th with homers by Norris, Shults, and Casey.

Should be a good series although I'm more excited for the series against UT, they may be the best team in the conference right now followed by OU then MU. The series this wknd should be tough also. Baylors offense hasn't been all that good, but Canion (their pitcher) is tough, like better than Ricketts tough
