Wow. Guess word got out that they might be getting a few mags.
I'd love to see some in the store just to be able to buy them, but can wait for what I've already ordered to arrive.
I back ordered a 10 pack of pmags from Brownells this weekend. 99% chance I never see them, but they dont charge the card until the order is processed so I dont see the harm. Maybe Magpul goes on a production frenzy to get as many made as possible.
I have four already, so not like I'm out of luck if they dont ever come through.

Sgammo reopens tomorrow, i think. Also, lucky gunner comes across some almost daily. It's expensive, though.
Yeah I've seen all the buck a round specials on the net. I typically only shoot federal or lake city so if anyone knows where I can find those brands that would be helpfull. I was sitting on about a thousand rounds until this long break from work and I got bored.
SG did have some but way overpriced. I'm gonna sit tight for a few months and wait for supply to rebound.

Researching. First thing comes to mind is they need a new web designer.
Here is a tidbit of information concerning ammo. I spoke with a really connected ammo guy who said the ammo suppliers will catch up to demand in about 30 days or so. If you have a few rounds, just sit tight. Everyone who ran out and bought a gun also jumped on the remaining ammo.
Side note: The ammo suppliers have a Gov contract for over a Billion rounds of 223/556. The Gov has ALL agencies purchasing the 223/556 ammo. I wonder why the Gov needs that much ammo? I wonder why Fema, Education, and Dept of Housing and Development need 223/556 ammo. Read Infowars.com for more explanation.

Not that I know of, but I've never shot any.
Just like any other ammo, better quality is cleaner. The tracer doesn't actually ignite until after it has left the barrel.
Holy crap . . . Cheaper Than Dirt is doing just a little price gouging IMO.

Y'all might want to think about getting into reloading soon. Also, there is some information out there about how to turn spent 22LR cases into 223 bullets. It's pricey to get the equipment, but I may seriously look at it to save some money down the road. Bottom line though, primers are the thing to stock up on, since that is the one component that will be REALLY hard to duplicate or substitute on your own.
I will never buy anything from those ****s again. They paid 7 bucks a piece for those.
korean mags are generally looked down upon for having ****ty welds.
