Last night had some pulled pork that we cooked over the weekend and some red skinned tater salad and some green beans. Tonight, I had a grilled chicken breast and mac and cheese(boxed supreme cause that's what I had) and some green beans.

A chicken quesadilla. I cooked the chicken in Valentina & EVOO, then shredded it, added more Valentina, & cooked a lil longer. It was so good, I didn't even pretend it was a steak.

    And 3 beers.

We are re-discovering how good it is to cook on a charcoal grill.
    Last night BBQ chicken
    Tonight burgers
I forgot how good it tastes, we also added a little pecan wood to the fire.

I've been using a gas grill for 20 years and love the convenience. I will still use it but
The charcoal will never take such a long break again.

Ribeye cooked the way it is described in the "How to prepare a steak" thread. Turned out OK, but didn't seem as tasty as charcoal grilled. Baked potato and sauteed mushrooms on the side. Washed down with a Sam Adams Boston Lager.
