So, I've been a slim milk drinker for years... 1% is about the heaviest I can do. Not that I drink alot of milk, but I keep hearing lil things about the lack of calcium in skim... And Im definitely at the point where calcium is prolly important. Whats best? Is soy milk good? Does it have calcium? Halp.
Also, this is prolly the lamest thread I've ever started. :-/
