About 35-40 minutes in, they go into audio. They visited Norman to record new audio during the Missouri game. One of the examples they use is "Boomer Sooner" ... comparing NCAA 12 and NCAA 13. Pretty remarkable improvement. It sounds EXACTLY like gameday in Norman. Not sure if you can watch a replay of it or not.
I hope they're not drawing me back in ... again.
I'm not going to be buying the new NCAA game when it comes out anymore until I rent & play first. It seems like to me they have taken a step back with the gameplay in the last two years... I know it's not there most profitable title but EA has alot to improve on. I wish someone else would make a college football game. I'm sick of EA's monopoly on it.

I don't claim to be clairvoyant, but I'm going to predict that a lot of things will be broken in this year's version and it will be polished over with "improved pylon physics" or "authentic entrances" instead of improvements to the actual gameplay.
They need to make the closing speed not so damn ridiculous. Will be buying though.
Sounds about right. I know I'll buy it though ... Sadly.
Gameplay
The animations still make me laugh. The game looked more realistic on last gen, at least as far as movements go.
these games are fun at first but get boring and are too easy for my taste and yes i have raised the difficulty so dont feed me that bs
Online is really fun. When you play a tight game of field position, and draws, play action, and screens make a difference, it's a really fun game. But about a month after the game is out, online players discover a defensive formation that can only be beat with a handful of plays (that probably isn't in your playbook) and they run the same offensive play over and over and over.
the multiple p**** trajectories will be nice. it was super annoying in '12
Agreed, I enjoy Dynasty mode (not online) but they need to make Heisman difficulty a LOT tougher for the mode to not lose its appeal after year 1.
with the $45 amazon deal, i'll have to buy it this year. also, i will predict that they will continue their streak of launch day patches.
I don't think you'll see a significant jump in the quality of the game until next generation systems come online. And the only one we truly know about is the Wii-U, and technically that's closer to current gen systems. But the DVD drive on the XB360 is a major thorn in the side of game development. I hope EA goes to a physics based animation engine on the next gen system. But we're starting to reach the point of diminishing returns on what these machines are capable of graphically while maintaining a decent frame rate.
The video above appears to show some cool new additions. I know they're trying to make game play more realistic but sometimes in that effort to make it more realistic they make it more complex. You just really don't have time to make all those reads and fakes and change routes and stuff like that before you get sacked.
I'm still waiting for the day when we have a console whose graphics look like photorealistic with real world physics - no two players occupying the same space etc. I want it to look like it does when I watch an OU game on TV except that I'm controlling the players.
Not just about the difficulty. Its all about the sliders. There are places online that will give you the best slider settings to up the difficulty past just putting it on heisman.
I've used them all. I'd like to use OU and lose a game just once.
