Popeyes for sure. Unfortunately Minneapolis has only one and it is not in the greatest neighborhood. Accept cash only.

Church's and Popeyes have used the same recipe for several years now.

My favorite is Chester Fried, and the stuff they sell at the Jack Griffith's store in Chandler.

Popeyes. Heard from those in the know, that the ones in LA are best.

Holy **** that woman was mad at Popeye's because she couldn't feed her kids, as though it were Popeye's responsibility and not hers.

The old Rex's in south OKC was legit. I have fond memories of the jalepeno chicken strips.

Wow I completely forgot about Rex's that place was the bomb!!!

But I am going to have to go with Hartz Chicken Buffet which is a chain here in Houston where I have seen tons of locations but am not sure where if anywhere else they exist. Also their rolls are amazing! Their rolls are not fried either like the ones Rex's had(which were horrible for you and awesome at the same time) but these were less artery clogging without losing their tastiness.

Another vote for Golden Chick. The chicken is kind of Churchy but the sides are really good and the hot rolls are as good as you will ever find.

I like all of them except KFC. Every time I eat it I say "never again."

Charlie's chicken did so well in Duran, OK it failed... and if a fried chicken place fails in that fatty town it must not be all that good.

Its overall good but just like any regular fried chicken. People say you gotta use the Cane's sauce with the chicken. The sauce sucks, in my opinion.

    eischen's is ok....
but when they serve it.....it's ~10,000 degrees.....so you sit there for 15 minutes waiting for it to cool down.....
and they have NOTHING else on the menu except fried okra........
so if you want fried chicken and fried chicken only.....go t eischen's...
