Anyone eaten at Nebu yet? I've heard the Devon people say it's pretty good. I think I'll try it out this week.
Also, I made reservations for Vast, the restaurant on the top of Devon Tower, but the earliest I could get is November. It opens next month. I know the executive chef is some dude from Kansas City, but don't know anything else. Know any more details?

I haven't been told a whole lot yet that hasn't already been reported on their website and in the Oklahoman and Gazette. We start next Friday so I'll know more then and try to share what info I can.
It opens on the 24th of October.. November is only a week away.

Someone has to. Don't know who it will be, but I can guess at least their nationality.
So yeah, if you don't have reservations for Vast you should make them now. We took a tour of the dining/banquet spaces today and they are nice, and the view is of course outstanding. You can even do some bird watching if that's your thing.

is there an observation area that is open before the restaurant opens for dinner?
i'm going to take the family next month...but i want to go early enuf so it's not dark.....i would prefer to go for lunch but my wife likes the dinner menu better...

it was good....
had the buffet....the chicken and beef tenderloin were very good...
wasn't impressed with the desserts...
