Don't count yourself out, my team has performed very poorly the past 2 weeks (Rondo makes HUGE difference) and Jo is out a few days as well. I think the starts are about even since you have a full roster on Sunday. I expect 4-4, all will come down to shooting %'s which are random and pretty hard to control. I don't look at 3PMs. So, anything else. Biggest thing would be him scoring 230% more than his average points per game.
Why don't you look at 3PMs?... Byway, the same could be said about Bayless. Dude just scored nearly 500% more points than his season avg
True, however Bayless has been scoring since the trade. It's more appropriate to look at last 7 days or 15 days (I prefer 15) with this long of season. I don't look at 3pm's because I threw that stat away before the draft. In my opinion that is a stat that is too much rob Peter to pay Paul, so I balked on it. Sure, I could have a guy like Novak sucking up an invaluable roster spot to make 3's, but then I get NOTHING else. In addition, many of the 3 point bombers don't shoot a great % from the field. If early in the draft I happened to get guys that made a lot of 3's I could have decided to change tactics, but it didn't happen.
I've played in 5 yahoo leagues with almost the exact same set up and finished last in 3pm's in all of them, but won 4 of the leagues. That stat is a mirage. I don't expect everyone to agree.
You make a valid point on 3PMs. Although, there are several guys who avg above 2.0 in 3PMs and also contribute in other categories as well, such as Steph Curry, Melo, Jameer, Batum, Lillard, Paul George, Brandon Jennings, Kyrie and KD, just to name a few. But other than that, its slim pickens.
The one thing I've learned about having alot of bigs on your roster is that your FT% is going to pretty much suck ****... There are very few bigs with a decent FT%
