I don't see the problem here.
One of them will eventually think she isn't getting as much "attention" as the other. Or neither will feel they are getting as much attention as the other. So I'd say go for it, but move into one of their houses and keep the bags packed by the door.

Don't marry either of them. If you're currently married to one of them, get a legal divorce. Don't hold yourself out to be married to either of them in public (and otherwise avoid common law marriage factors, if you're in Oklahoma).
Ideally, you'd all sign something that says you're roommates and don't expect to share in each other's finances. You don't want to get screwed and have to give palimony.
To put their fears at ease, do some estate planning where they get your stuff if you die. All of that would go a long way to protect your finances, while still letting them know you're an engaged party.
Oh, and as far as emotional stuff: dude, this has only a slim chance of working for any appreciable amount of time. But then again, Luke Skywalker didn't have much of a chance of putting a rocket up the Death Star's ****hole, either, and that turned out OK.

Been a bit busy so update....the take it slow and maintain position won out and things have been going well until today. Had to pick one to take to my thanksgiving and attend both of theirs. Jealousy and butthurt has taken hold as I went with the logical thought that i would take T as we have been together longer and people know. Even worked it so that I would be at the other's next which went well until I needed to leave. Thats when's ****es can't share rule reared it's head and butthurt guilt trip ninja techniques were attempted. Unfortunately for her, I'm an ****hole when faced with that ****.....so as of now, one is pissed and the other will be getting laid and taking a nap with me

The short version is new girl is gone but still calling me. We are considering a friend of hers for a 2nd chance. If it fails, we will just do part time swinging as we want. So far I'd say it's purity nice situation
