Costco sells a brand of Sriracha that is pretty good. My daughter is the hot sauce person. She's used it since she was little and I always try to find some to try to burn her out. I got her some Endorphin Rush for Christmas last year and she still can use it. That's the stuff that you dip a toothpick in it and use that for a pot of chili. We probably have a dozen or more different bottles that she uses. Red, green, expensive, cheap. She likes them all. Some of her favorites have been ones from gift sets(the day after Christmas at WM is a good place for those).
Cholula on certain things (mainly if chili powder/****in is involved). Sriracha on the others (mainly if cilantro/basil is involved, or if its an Asian dish)
Those are the only two I use. I used to like Tabasco, and then I tried Cholula and havent really wanted to go back to Tabasco since.
I like Tabasco chipotle with Mexican food or eggs.

That's Blairs 16 Million Reserve. It's 16 million scoville units, not sure an **** would be the best place to keep it.

Dave's Insanity and Ultimate Insanity are my daily sauces - sometimes I will go poking around looking for something really hot.
I found some Jardine's Jalapeno salsa in the store the other day. It's damn tasty and pretty hot as well, a good blend of the two. It's made in some small town outside of San Antone.

Cholula is my new go to, but Marie Sharpes is my all time favorite. It's from Belize so you have to order it online and most times I"m too lazy to do that.

No. She started this when she was like two. She puts it on everything. I always try to find ones that will burn her out but usually fail. The closest I came was the Endorphin but that happens to everyone. She has more in her closet. I go to Wal Mart the day after Christmas and get their gift sets at half price - **** like that.
I like some Cholula or some Louisiana, but I have gotten to where I will use La Sabrozita on nearly anything. Fantastic verde salsa.
