I don't care what they make shows about if they're well written. The problem with so many of these ghey themed shows is that they rub your face in it and promote the I'm ghey and better than you mantra. It doesn't have to be that way. Personally I could give a rats about people as long as they don't push it on me. One of the better ghey themed storylines was in The Shield. The whole Julian am I am I not story as well as his relationship with Thomas and then Julian's marriage. One of the main writers on the show was ghey and he interjected this as a protest to their treatment in film/TV/and life. It was subtle and didn't try to slap you across the face.

So....you don't even watch this stuff, yet you have a solid opinion on the "agenda"? Got it.
I agree with the fact that most of these shows are just bad. Modern Family does it right. It's funny, not overly edgy and pretty realistic as to what the couples would run into. It's also funny that the more overtly "flaming" **** guy on the show is actually straight while the more reserved guy is **** in real life. They do it really well and it's good for the "cause". The shows that are more edgy aren't as good for the cause, in my opinion.
I don't know if USAO's 10% number is right, but if I were to take my Facebook "friends" as a sample, the fact that I have 20 or so **** Facebook friends out of 600, and I'm straight as an arrow, meaning I don't necessarily run in the same circles with many of them, I don't think 5-10% is out of line.
