Their calamari is great, but the mussels are ****ing amazing if you're into that as well. I used to get them every single week when I lived in Norman. EVERY WEEK.

I'm not near OKC, so I can't comment on that, but my favorite way to eat it is Yaki Ika (grilled squid) at a ****anese restaurant - with a squeeze of lemon. It's so light and fresh, with a bit of char flavor.

I can tell you where not to get it. Hensley's Top Shelf Steakhouse in Yukon. Ordered calamari and got this. Looked like something from Long John's Silver.

Chickasha used to be God awful with everything. It's improving. Napoli's isn't bad, and there's a new place called Bistro Lorene that's pretty solid. Everything is fresh at Lorene--I guess the Festival of Lights is helping.
