Do any students know how to find out where your group is sitting?
To be honest: We don't know yet. We ordered our tickets from the ticket office the night of the announcement and I don't think we have received them, yet. I'm pretty sure we'll be in the 400s!

By the way, this is a very good site to see the view from your seat at the Cotton Bowl

We have 4 in 211, row 9. Friends have 2 next to us.
We have 6 in 205, row 6.
And 2 parking passes for Lot 11.
The best part is it is all free.

We went ot the first Cotton Bowl there, just to be there. And our Big 12 game against the people of the corn. The first time, our seats were in the 400s. The second time, they were in the 300s. Our seats for the BYU game fell through at the last minute - oh, well.
Just going is fun. We aren't tailgating this time though.
Press Box for the 1st 3 quarters...behind the end zone on the field for the 4th quarter

I will be about 500 miles from Jerry World in my recliner. And I'll probably have a better view of the game than about 1/2 the people who attend in person. And I will also be richer at the end of the day.
It does sound pretty dumb, but I think they do it so someone won't get the student tickets and re-sell them. I'm pretty sure that is the reason they do that.
318 row 7
I'll also be at home or at the bar watching it. I'd rather be at the game though
I bought some great 50 yard line seats in the Cotton Bowl from an honest seeming dude online. Then I found out the game is being played at Jerry World.
