**** Delta. That whole flight crew on that plane should be fired. That is no way to treat someone who served and lost his legs.

Guys, this was sarcasm.
How about where two people in first cl**** offered to switch seats with him but the flight crew refused to allow that to happen. Was mentioned multiple times in article.
Delta screwed me on luggage & customer service a few years ago. Unfortunately this doesn't surprise me. Delta is awful.

Being that the man is a veteran that became disabled while serving our country, it amplifies the situation. Nobody should be treated that way especially a disabled vet.

I thought most disabled people want to be treated like every other person. In this case he was. He was given poor airline service just like every regular joe.

This is bull****, people on flights have pre-****igned seating and it has nothing to do with the fact he is ex-military or lost his legs, they will put anything down on paper and exaggerate just to sell the news... !!!

Sounds to me like his escort buddy was a bit of a **** to let this go down this way.
And why wasn't be boarded first? He's obviously handicapped and should have gotten on first. Or did he not go up when they ask for people who need ****istance. Me thinks there is more to this story.
