Ya, the freezing drizzle was in their last night, the snow band didn't show accumulations until very early this morning.

It's not a "storm", just a fast moving pocket of snow. And yes, a portion of it will move through Tulsa between Noon and 3pm.

I watched Channel 4 starting at 5:45 this morning and left the house just before 8. At no point did the weather guy ever say snow. In fact the last forecast I saw he even stressed that the freezing drizzle would be primarily in southern OK.
