It's going to be a fun competition to watch between those three.
NOT a shock, but still sucks to hear. Allen looked very servicable, and his experience in the system cannot go unnoticed. Hopefully the back-ups will know their stuff should anything happen to the starter.
If so, not shocked. Wish him well...he's been a great representative.

Not sure what his eligibility is for DIV I. Probably two years at a lesser school if he also goes into a masters degree program. He has six years to complete four. I think he has completed three. Guess we will find out soon what he is going to do.
Yeah, this sounds kinda odd to me, too. I was thinking he didn't have but a year of eligibility left.
If he graduates he can transfer to another FBS program as long as they offer a post grade degree in something OU doesnt offer. He doesnt have to go to FCS if he graduates

Don't know, but I do know Maryland was down to their 5th string QB, a converted LB at one point.

Bradford and Jones are just as good as those two were.

Leinart stinks in the NFL. Landry can be just as good. In college, if LJ had Norm Chow and a supporting cast like Leinart, LJ wins a Heisman and a NC too.
