An eagle snatched a decent sized coyote and dropped it on some power lines which started a decent brush fire here a few years ago.....
This video doesn't surprise me. My In-laws have had multiple dogs snatched up by eagles out where they live. All those dogs were about the same size as the kid. Eagles don't give a ****.

UPDATE: As first posited above, the "Golden Eagle Snatched Kid" video was in fact the work of students at the Montreal-based animation and design school Centre NAD:
when the user account has 1 video and its the viral video, its fake.
Pretty damned good fake for the untrained eye.
