Two a day. Big handful of spinach, frozen grapes, fresh pineapple, peaches, strawberries... sometimes blueberries... tablespoon of chia seed, big slop of plain lowfat yogurt, and Tropicana Trop50 OJ with calcium... hit it in the NutriBullet for a minute, tasty tasty.

Frozen banana4 or 5 frozen strawberries
    Tablespoon flaxseed meal
    Spoonful peanut butter
Just enough 1% milk to give it a nice thick milkshake-like consistency

My smoothie I am drinking right now

8 oz almond milk (unsweetened plain)
1/2 cup pineapple (fresh) I needed to eat this so I tossed it in
1-1/2 cups mixed fruit (grapes, peaches, pineapple, strawberries and mango) I buy a big bag frozen
    1/4 cup frozen spinach
    1 table spoon chia seeds
1 table spoon milled flax seeds
1 scoop whey protein (vanilla today)
1 frozen banana (I slice them up and put them in zipper bags frozen so they won't get too soft before the week is done)
Blended in my Ninja professional blender YUMMY!

I go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe almost everyday for lunch. Their Paradise Point and Hawaiian Breeze smoothies are the best.

Not a smoothie, but a couple of times recently I've made myself a veggie drink by adding kale, juice of half a lemon, and a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce to V-8 ****tail, then blending. I chill it in the freezer for a while after making it, instead of adding ice to the blending process. Guess it's kind of a green virgin mary.
