    who here makes their own smoothies? what do you put in yours? meal replacement/supplement? tasty treat?

    Breakfast.

    mixed berries (blue, black, rasp, and straw)
    no-fat vanilla yogurt
    baby spinach leaves
    Orange juice
    ground flax seed
    sometimes I use half orange juice/ half cran-pomegranate for the juice portion.
