Greek yogurt, a nanner, some strawberries, a couple scoops of vanalla whey protein. Good stuff
currently sipping one with strawberry kiwi v8 splash, strawberries, cranberries, mango, pineapple, and peach yogurt.
8 oz. skim milk
1 scoop unflavored whey isolate
1 banana
7-8 strawberries
1 packet Sweet-N-Low
Ice
Good **** before bedtime... moderately low-cal and low-sugar.
