Which leads to the question of how many across the nation are inaccurate? When traffic tickets become a source of income rather than being about the safety of citizens, you're going to create problems.

Is there anything you can do to your tag where a camera can't get a clear pic or it glares the camera but still be visible to the naked eye?

I used it on my motorcycle plate and my wife and I's cars. I decided to get it since the wife and I were always getting tickets in the mail from speed cameras and after applying it, we haven't gotten one since.

The other option is not endangering the public by speeding.

I have had it for about a year now and haven't gotten a speeding ticket since putting it on the license plates. Also, mythbusters must have been doing something wrong when they were testing, as cops have tested it out different ones and it worked for them.

Around here in the DMV, if you are not speeding, you are either getting cut off or damn near ran off the road.

Mythbusters also says you can't shoot bullets into water without them shattering.

I sure would like to see the day time Oklahoma interstate speed limits raised to 85 MPH where it’s appropriate in rural areas.

You can speed & not endanger anyone any more than going at or below the speed limit.

this reminds me of the red light cameras in san diego. the company that installed and maintained them for the city got a cut from every ticket issued so of course they set them up to go off while the lights were still yellow.

Speeding is not bad. Speeding is bad when the conditions do not permit it, when the driver is not skilled enough, and when the car isn't properly maintained.

Take the autobahn for example, it has the lowest number of deaths compared to other highways in Germany. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_...n#Speed_limits

I am more scared of the mom driving an SUV while putting on make-up, than the guy in the Corvette doing 90 in the fast lane. I know the guy in the Corvette drives a top notch car, takes care of his car, probably knows how to drive a car that fast, and certainly the car can handle those speeds.

What makes me nervous is driving on roads with some people going 40 and some people going 100. I'd feel safer on a road where everyone is going 100 honestly. One thing that pisses me off is when I get stuck behind someone going 40 when they're merging on the highway. That forces ME to go 40 merging on the freeway which is freaking scary.

Mythbusters and their cartoon science might be okay for entertainment. But for true, hard fact science, one needs to look elsewhere. Mythbusters' methodology has been very suspect since the beginning.
