If he has enrolled and played at the JUCO level ND has no impact on his eligibility. He merely has to graduate from JUCO and meet OU and B12 entry requirements to be eligible.

Hey...Falcon fan here too. Why do I not feel confident about the playoff run? Been there done that and lost? Other teams hyped too much? What are your feelings?
I just hope we make a run... they have shown the ability to win tough games this year and I think that translates to at least a couple wins. On the other hand, I would be absolutely shocked if they won it all.
Since the 2nd NOLA game, they've been hot. I throw out Carolina for it being a tough spot for them and I predicted them to lose that game. Loved what I saw vs the Giants. Hopefully this run will carryover. I hate the injury situation but I wouldn't want them to get cold sitting starters for 2 weeks.
He never went to JUCO, and that's the problem right now. Clearinghouse has issues with him enrolling at OU because he also enrolled at Notre Dame. He will need to go to prep school for a year, then he'll be able to enroll at a D1 school. Whether that will be OU remains to be seen.
I don't quite understand why you seem hate the kid. Listening to his interviews, I get the impression that he is a nice kid that has fought through a lot (e.g. hearing problems). He said some immature things when he left Notre Dame, but he's just a kid that was upset he unexpectedly didn't get to go to his dream school, even after he was already enrolled.
An OU friend of mine says that the Atlanta Falcons will take Tee Shephard in the supplemental draft.
And he will become the best corner in the league, after never playing a down for OU.
