now that **** is funny. I agree they are arrogant, but then again they have been very dominate when Petey was there. You on the other hand come on our board arrogant, and you have not won **** and have been the red headed step child of the big 12 and now you go into IMO the toughest conference and you feel that just because you joined that conference you can act like A&M has relevence. So who is the biggest dumb **** here. Kiffin allowing USC to act like they are better or you acting like just because you joined the SEC you automatically gain respect.

Saban will have no respect for your team in 2013 because you beat them in 2012, have a heisman trophy winner, and might win the CB. Honestly I don't think he has much respect for LSU.

Lost to LSU and Florida Heisman was weak this year and the most would argue that he should not have won it. You already won the Cotton Bowl, good to know. You will NEVER get Respect in the SEC, you will never be better than 3rd or 4th best. Bounce I can't believe you would defend USC and Kiffin on this. They arrived late - so you go to the dinner. You are representing your university in a new city. Just like on any business trip I have attended. I bust my **** to make sure I attend whatever the vendor has setup - no matter how much it inconveniences me. I guarantee if I told my boss I skipped a vendor dinner because I was in my hotel room. The excuse the plane was late and threw off my pre-scheduled workout (or checking of email or whatever that is business related) would not fly. I would be looking for a new job next round of layoffs.

sure the blog is biased but the facts are simple. they had a choice to make the event and they choice not too ... period. everything else is an excuse. those are facts.
yes, they are there to play football. but what you seem to don't understand is there is a lot more to just playing football. You play for your teammates, your coaches, your family and your school. it takes a godly amount to work ethic, discipline and heart to play at div 1 level and succeed. kiffin is responsible to build the culture where those items can exist. if he on the other hand, maintains a culture where excuses are okay ... well then i'm sure there's an excuse as to why they're going to el paso to play too.
Even more simple, take care of ur business on the field and you wont have to go there.

I know a couple of USC fans who have not been happy with Kiffin for a while. They think he's a total douche and a crappy coach anyway. Why this guy keeps getting head coaching jobs at respectable programs is beyond me. He's been terrible everywhere he goes.
Which is why I agree with you. None of this academically ineligible, violation of team rules, felony bull****. It's about football damn it, it's not practice, it's about football. I'm so glad we're not talking wrestling.
