Consent requires a state of mind capable of making a decision. For goodness sake, I never would have thought that I would have to write that out for anyone, but it appears some people on this board don't get where the lines are supposed to be drawn.

Edit: From what I have read, these two UT clowns chose poorly. Regardless of what they think, it does not sound like she was in a state of mind capable of consenting. Whether they get convicted or not, the information reported supports the claim of ****.

Why in the hell does it matter what the state of mind of the rapist is? If he was too drunk to know he was raping a woman then it'd be ok? Wrong. If that's the case the world is a better place with that dude locked up.

If a woman sucks off the limp **** of a passed out or close to passed out dude and he wants to call the police in the morning then the police should listen and press charges if enough evidence exists.

I don't think Hicks or McCoy called the police did they? Is there a report out saying they are now claiming they were ****d?

Easy for anyone to tell when someone is passed out. How do you determine if they are blacked out? As already posted by a few and no one has addressed is many people hold it together pretty good even when they are past the point of remembering what they do.
