KC has more murders per capita than Chicago.

OKC= 16.9
NYC = 5.0
Norman = 1.7
I was in Chicago this weekend. Yesterday morning (New Year's Day), the morning news was just rattling off the shootings that had occurred the night before like we do traffic accidents in the AM. It was weird.
Does NYCs # include the Burroughs
