So to answer your question: He won't.
OU's defenders will need to play Manziel sort of like guarding a quick guard in basketball. Stay in front of him and force him to p**** the ball. If you don't strike at Manziel he is less likely to elude you and run. Probably the only guy I would tell to be aggressive in tackling Manziel is Tony Jefferson.
They kind of used this tactic with Taylor Martinez at Nebraska in the 2010 CCG before Martinez decided he was a drop back passer.
