Alabama played 6 teams with an under .500 record, including 2 Sun Belt teams and 1 FCS school. The SEC was way down with Arky, Missouri, Tenn, Auburn and KY having their worst seasons in decades. Ole Miss and Miss St are middle of the road teams on par with TX Tech, Baylor, and TCU. So half the conference was either mediocre or terrible. I think Bama may be in trouble.

Tech, BU, and TCU would destroy MSU and OM. MSU lost by 2+ scores to each of the 5 bowl teams they played and failed to beat anyone worth a damn.

Really? Just a few posts ago, you mentioned how OU regularly schedules respectable opponents. And in the post right above this one, you compared scheduling of the SEC to the Big12 while AGAIN neglecting the fact that the Big12 is having a down year due to realignment. FCS opponents and **** OOCs are par for the course in the SEC. They're not in the Big12.

It doesn't matter. At the end of the day, you're defending a team which scheduled LaTech, Sam Houston St., South Carolina State, and SMU OOC and went 1-2 against ranked opponents.

*2-2 ****uming OU doesn't fall out of top 25.
