Its one thing to try your hardest and come up short but to just quit is pathetic.

I think our players were mind f**ked as soon as they saw the SEC label on TAMU's jersey.

I've been saying this for a long time now. This program is slowly in decline. They've plateaued ever since 2005. 2008 was an exception but still we finished 12-2 with a big game loss. We're too content with these 10 win seasons. We cannot keep feeding these recruits: "We've won 7 national
Championships" and "bud wilkinson this and barry switzer that." These kids were eating out of the palm of our hands 9 and 10 years ago but the national perception of OU has changed. I remember when Switzer was talking about how Oklahoma better wake up because it's coming. He was talking about how OU can't keep receiving based off of past success. This was in reference to OSU on the rise but this in my opinion applies to OU in decline. Had Sooner magic not shown up the few times that it did this year, we'd be 8-5. Oklahoma needs to wake the **** up. Beating OSU in OT and
beating WVU in the final seconds is nice but it's just all a tease. The vibe I got was a lack of interest. Oklahoma all around from the fans to the players to the coaches were coming into this game uninterested. I'm embarrassed. This is more embarrassing than any game I've been to since the 1990s.

Manziel was actually laughing every time he made a long run. He made everyone on the team look slow. He wears a size fifteen shoe and that is why he is rabbit fast.

Agreed. I thought we would put up more points, but the defensive performance is not surprising.
It seems we're always saying that in these games. The greatest offense in college football history only scored 14 points in it's bowl game.
