I work my **** off at I wonder if it is even worth it. As last November showed us all, there are countless millions in this country sucking off of the rest of us. I paid $200 for a phone, Obama gives dems one for free. I work hard to put food on the table, he gives dems food stamps. Those of us trying to work hard seem to be having to play by a different set of rules. What gives?

If you want to live in a cycle where you accomplish nothing with your life, and your range and scope of possibilities is intensely limited, then go for it...try to milk the system. If you actually want to go on vacations, retire, live in a nice house in a nice neighborhood, have your voice be heard on a civic level, provide a good education for your children, etc....then quit patronizingly propping up the welfare state.

Go on vacations? I see unemployed people going on vacation all the time. Retire? What's retire? Not work anymore? Check. Nice house? Point. Voice heard on a civic level? 11/6/12. Provide education? That's why we pay property taxes, right?

Yes the losers proved on 11/6 that you don't have to contribute and can still have quite the voice on the civic level. That is my point.
When was the last time you saw someone who has been on welfare for a long period of time go to the Bahamas?
Retire = a (more than average) worry free lifestyle of some amount of privilege and wealth, in addition to not working and (ostensibly) never needing to work again.
11/6/12 is a bunch of people voting for a variety of reasons for the same person. This cl**** of people's individual and collective voices are heard nowhere near the level of say your average Mesta Park/Heritage Hills resident.
And I said quality education...so, and no offense to any alumni...Millwood doesn't quite qualify as "quality" education. ****, Putnam City Schools barely qualify anymore.

For the record, I'm not trying to justify the welfare state...but trolling on either side does nothing to further the dialogue on the issue...
I know of several welfare types that have been to the Bahamas. Of course, it is only 50 miles from here.

Very true! Take the challenge and quit your job. Hell while on welfare you will probably make more than you are making now! Living in the projects or a trailer has to be cheaper too and it is subsidized by the government. Think of all the extra time you'll have to spend on this board or tweeting.

If you really want to live it up you need to get a **** change (some sci fi stuff because you'll need to get the organs as well) and come to Australia. They still pay women per baby they have. Need to hurry up though because there is rumbling that will change soon. I think it is like 5000 bucks or so per baby.
