So Twitter is why the team lost? Hmm okay. Let me ask you, does anybody think Boz, Jamelle, Jimbo, Lott wouldn't have been on Twitter if it was available to them back in the day? If anybody actually believes that they are a fool. I know Boz would have been. Anybody that spent any time with Jamelle or Boz back in the day know they would have been. Hell Boz was quite possibly the biggest self promoted player in college football history. That was without Twitter and Facebook. What the hell do you think he would have done if he had access to it?
You should've heard what Rufus had to say about Brennan on KREF today. Lol, wow.

He basically blasted Brennan over his postgame tweet about getting paid and how he shouldn't be talking about the NFL when you can't even outperform the fullback. He also blasted Stacey McGee for being a dumb**** punk and this was one of the many resons why OU is at where they're at right now, guys aren't as focused as they should be.

Perhaps that ****whuppin is what the program needed. Maybe somebody will get mad and actually hit somebody.
Brennan Clay @BrennanClay24
One of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make ..
Don't see Clay going pro. He's a 4th round or later guy. If he does leave it may be an indicator of a few things.
1. He doesn't want to be left alone here with out his cali trio friends.
2. Alex Ross will take some of his time and Possibly even Ford or David Smith.
3. Maybe His nerve (neck) injury is still giving him problems and he needs to move on.
Go clay go

Like Clay..but if he leaves Ross and Millard MAY get more carries
I don't like to bag on OU players but he's delusional if he thinks he'll go very high, if at all, in the NFL Draft. That or he's being given bad advice by someone to go pro.
He's a seventh round pick at best. And that is REALLY stretching it.

Maybe between the 'Cali Trio', and Wort possibly leaving it says something about the coaching staff turning the heat up. I'm sure that its wishful thinking, but maybe the Cotton Bowl beatdown has pissed off Stoops enough that he makes some changes.
Thred title = meh
maybe him saying he is staying and everyone else is leaving
One less twitter **** to worry about.

Probably transferring...
More "right-sizing"? Last year there was some. Maybe more this year. If so, good.
trying to interpreting a tweet which could mean a hundred different situations is meaningless
could be breaking up with his gf or something like that
I'm sure all the ladies he drunk texts at 4 in the morning will miss him

good luck with that Clay
I thought Clay did a good job this year. OU did better running the ball this year. We struggled against the better competition. Clay avg. 6 ypc. Not too shabby.
New Tattoo?
Which new Jordan's to get?
I think Clay is a good back and he proved it this year. He had a big game vs ISU, who had a decent defense and then he followed that up with the big plays when needed for the remainder of the year including the winning TD vs OSU. He's not been as good as I had hoped, but some of that was due to his health. I think some people are bitter about him simply because he did the little things that Finch (reportedly) fails to do thus far. Blame Finch, not Clay. Good luck to Clay in whatever decision he is mulling over and I hope it works out for his best. He's a sooner regardless and at the very least he deserves some respect.
I actually think Clay is a pretty good back. I hope he returns and has a great season
Probably knocked up a 'skinny bop'
While I'm going to try and not make this a bash Clay post, I do want to point out that ISU had a decent at best defense only when their best LB was playing. He did not against OU. They were infinitely weaker in the middle without him. Case in point, Tulsa of all teams racked up 317 rushing yards against ISU. The Cyclones are not the best measuring stick. Did Clay have a good game? Absolutely but he did it against an inferior squad.
If anyone wants oversigning, we have to have a bunch of guys leave the program every offseason to make room. That said, I'd like to see Clay back next year.
I like Clay- he's finally healthy, contributed when asked and had one hell of an OT TD run! Hope he stays.
Id like to yalls unathletic ****es at summer practice, you wouldn't last 5 min
