Their take is she sent McCarron a tweet out of the sky to escort her to some pageant as a way to gain the attention and psuedo celebrity status that she got on Monday. Katherine has released a statement to TMZ confirming she cancelled 8 interviews scheduled for today ... but says, "My decision to cancel the interviews was not made at A.J.'s request."

AJ McCarron is a quarterback...and I hate him. I hated Alabama long before he took snaps and before his beauty queen mesmerized Brent Musburger's old senile creepy eyes. The fact he said something complementary about a pretty girl is fine...he just can't say it during a nationally televised game. I disagree. Did anyone watch FOX News after this ESPN controversy? They compared the BCS title game and the NYE party on CNN. Apparently its wrong to say a pretty girl is pretty BUT its OKAY for Kathy Griffin to fake hummers on Anderson Cooper during the ball drop. Is this a gender thing or is it because Katherine Webb is really really really ridiculously good looking??? I'm pretty sure there would not be a national media scare if Brent said I was handsome....which he would be correct.
