    I am very rich..
My Annual House hold Income Consists of
    One 12 year old Boy
    One 9 year old Daughter
    One 6 Year old Daughter
One wife that I have been married to for 16 years.
    3 dogs
This is what I call wealth... Cause no amount of money could replace any of it.

I honestly don't think it would matter how much I make a year, or what my net worth is. I don't think I'll ever consider myself rich--grew up w/o much and my grandparents were truly poor for most of their lives.

It appears that one of those at least is replaceable with monetary investment.

Edit: I've got a wife of 11 years, 2 kids and a dog--I don't consider that yearly income. They are more accurately yearly expenses.

    No But.
You are poor if you have to finance it.
You are wise if you save up the money and pay it for it out right.

I'm comfortable enough to not be without. Definitely not rich by most standards, but it's definitely relative. Some think people who have $40K jobs are rich.

I am rich because I am probably the only person on here with an $845,000 home, a 2012 Range Rover, and $500K in my 401K.

Yeah, those people are called Reddit.

Anyway, no, I'm definitely not rich. The only debt I have is my car loan. I get solid profit sharing. And make enough to live in a new apartment in Dallas, eat out every day, and put a decent amount of money into savings.

Of course, I don't have kids. So at some point in the future when that changes, and my wife likely quits working, I'll be poor.

Not being mean but financing is poor people problems. If you have wads of cash why worry about financing or credit score. If you want something like a benz you buy it. My goal is to be there someday. I have no car payments, no credit payments, just a house payment that will be payed off early. Someday or at the very least set my kids up someday. That be my goal yo.
