My LSU friends tell a story of what it's like to be an LSU fan.
First, your parent's tell you, as a kid, that Christmas is coming up and you're going to get these great presents.
Your parents remind you periodically about Christmas, which really builds the anticipation inside of you.
When Christmas arrives, they let you open only one present at a time.
When you've opened up all of your great presents, you think that the good times are going to roll because of all the fun you're going to have with all of the presents.
However, your parents come back over to you after you've had your presents for 20 minutes and swipe of all them back, tell you can't have them anymore, and say "That's what it's like to be an LSU fan. Merry Christmas."
Your parents leave you there wondering what just happened.
