What a bunch of douchebags. 3 weeks from NSD, and suddenly Texas realizes it's doing something wrong. A&M owns the state of Texas right now, and UT's talent isn't panning out like they thought (shocker).

I would be surprised if any of them would change their minds given all the bad things that UT fans said about them after they committed to Oklahoma in the first place. Some of the statements were pretty vile.
Schools go after other Schools commits all the time. Dont play the Victim. We probably dont sway these guys anyway, just fishin.

Thats funny, usually the vitriol is about rivals over reacting to Horns commits and awarding extra stars... But no, its not worked out great lately except for a handful of guys which isnt enough to win a title.
Meh.... I would hope that OU would do the same to them. OU has been trying to get in on kids super late this year as well. As far as Ford goes I can't believe UT hasn't offered him before now.

The issue is not with Texas being competitive, but with Texas being arrogant. They used to pull offers on guys who considered visiting OU. They used to look down on OU commits, and their puppets in the recruiting world used to rank lower guys who committed to OU, and now we have those ****holes down in Austin foaming at their mouth for our guys.

If we got in on some Texas commits late you all would be thrilled. In fact, there are several threads on here suggesting we poach other teams commits.
I don't think it was national
It's been reiterated a couple times now how those UCLA guys were not offered until recently AFTER their SR year films were reviewed. Besides, them all being UCLA commits is coincidence. Plus, there's no rivalry there. Texas and OU coming after each other's commits less than a month from NSD is different; especially considering how things have fallen apart in Austin and we've remained much more consistent.
Thats cool. We did follow that with the stinker in stoolwater. That was National.
