Mangino is a crap OL coach!! OU's worst rushing teams were all under him.
Remember Bob went out and hired Kevin Wilson for a very specific purpose, to improve OU's run game. Wilson wasn't a groomsmen in Bob's wedding, he was just a great coach.
Bob needs to find a guy like Chris Klenakis who can bring a diverse scheme that is compatable with spread 3 & 4 wide sets.
Defensively OU needs to get younger (for recruiting purposes) at the LB coaching position.

I was actually wondering the same thing so I ended up calling about ten different people and they didn't know either. I asked each and every one of them if there was any way we could figure out who this person is and they were stumped. I have a new team of research specialists on the case but I'm not very optimistic.
Sadly, unless Eldiablo or OU48A responds to your question I don't think we'll ever know. Personally, I think it's a made up name and he doesn't exist.
