i mostly drink bourbon, beer and/or wine. Ive found that it gets harder and harder to maintain my girlish physique particlulary during football season when i drink beer from thursday-tuesday. i drink a lot and often all day saturday and sunday, so we're talking several thousand additional calories a week.
lately, ive tried to enjoy titos and diet tonic, but the diet tonic is just bad. so, ive resorted to almost zero calorie cutters. titos with iced tea or diet red bull seem to be where i am now.
what do you alcholic fat pieces of **** drink to keep from getting fat like jd or sponge?
