The Oklahoma Sooners got the 75-48 win over the TCU Horned Frogs today but lost freshman guard Buddy Hield for at least a month with a foot injury.

As Crimson and Cream Machine reports, Hield suffered a foot fracture during the game and was seen later sitting on the bench with crutches and a boot on.
The injury may require surgery and will keep Buddy off the court for possibly 4-5 weeks. How much will this change the outlook for Oklahoma who has thrived off of his attitude and drive for the game?

Hield worked his way into the starting lineup and has been considered by many to be a sparkplug that has helped guide Oklahoma to fourth place in the Big 12 with a 7-4 record. He is fourth on the team in points, third in rebounds, second in assists and leads the team in steals per game.

The Sooners are riding a two-game win streak and have a big game against in-state rivals No. 17 Oklahoma State on the road on Saturday, Feb. 16.
