Why do it for either? You rush the court when you knock off a ranked team. I understand it's to help the players be pumped and continue to succeed, but based on what Nash said about not being able to hear himself during the game, I'd say we're doing that. No need to rush the court over a win like that.

Beating OU for our first Big 12 championship in football was just a nice bonus. I can say, with 100% certainty, that the students would have rushed the field after that game no matter who the opponent was.
Agreed on the basketball thing for this year. It wasn't what you would normally consider a "court rush" type game, but I do understand it, for the reasons I outlined above.

OSU does not beat an OU team with Buddy Hield playing, pure point blank. Also, why in the flying **** are you guys comparing the two schools in football now? You win one conference championship and after years of telling us to not live in the past are doing it yourselves. You have a lot of football to play (to the tune of 7 MNC's and 43 more B12 championships) before you should even be allowed to breathe the same air.

We weren't really comparing the two schools football programs. We're all fully aware of who's won what.

yeah I know, but they started bringing it up and you have to stomp that out before they start it up.

i wonder if they'll rush the court if they win tonight
