So I just walk out of Wal-Mart and saw this disgusting **** three spaces from my car.
There was probably just enough room for half a body to sit in the drivers seat. Whoever is driving this can only see out of their window, a third of the windshield and can only use one mirror - would this be considered reckless driving? And since reckless driving is an arrest-able offense and you can impound an offender's car, would you?

I believe they could get a ticket for having obstructed windows/windshield. I'm not sure about reckless driving.

Whoever owns/drives this car had six of their seven welfare babies go missing sometime around mid 2008, they were presumed to have been buried alive somewhere under the rubble. The six have since been replaced by a replacement group of scab welfare babies.
