Nobody is boycotting or complaining about Chik-fil-a being a company founded by a Christian. They're complaining about the fact they let their beliefs manifest themselves in ways that could be interpreted as hateful and bigoted. If people were boycotting any business that was founded by Christians they'd have a tough time taking their money anywhere (especially in this part of the country).
Extreme analogy: No one hates WBC because of their founder is a Christian, they hate WBC because of their actions. (I'm not saying Chik-Fil-A is in the same stratosphere of evil as WBC, don't go there)
