My daughter is at Hwy 9 and Classen. Said she's in her closet. Scary stuff. Especially for fricking October.

Yikes. Spare the stadium. Unless it is heavily insured. Amen.

Is there a damage path map out yet for the Norman Tornado?

Nah, a decent cold front should come in during that period. It will last about 3 days (November 24ish timeframe) After that, unsure if we go back to warmer than average or not

8 to 14 day outlook (23rd to 29th) shows very decent chances for above normal temp with even warmer air to the west of Oklahoma.

Damn….We might play West V in a snow 2 years in a row….. Judging from that model we would see a lot more snow than during last year’s game…
I may get to try out my new winter boots and heavy coat that was just delivered…this far out that’s probably wrong…I hope…
We may need to put snow removal equipment on stand by...

I hope its wrong …..Sitting out in a heavy snow for an entire football game isn’t my idea of fun anymore.... but I will do it for OU football if it becomes necessary.

It's pointless. It's 200+ hours away, and it was gone on the next run.

'Inaccurateweathe' is not a dependable forecast operation. They predict the weather out on a day to day basis for 90 consecutive days.

Not sure why I put 23-25, guess I still feel like Thanksgiving is 2 weeks away, but meant the week following Thanksgiving, 30th-4th is. Signals are there that a pattern change will take place during that time. Thanksgiving week will likely be above average most days. A few days it might be cooler than average or near average. That following week, it seems like a pattern change will take place based on several other long range guidances

One of the great things about being a poke is that you can leave your orange Halloween lights up for Christmas…
This is a common practice in the heart of small town poke country.

I won't turn mine on until Thanksgiving either. For one the HOA won't let you display them more than 30 days before the holiday.

Really?? The HOA covenants/bylaws prohibit that?? Ours have some peculiar restrictions, but not quite like that.

I have a company that stores my lights and installs them for me every year. They installed them Tuesday while I was out of town. I flew into town later than night and they were blasting bright like the Griswolds house. I turned them off but am expecting a friendly note from the HOA.
